The first is the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' Outdoor Alabama page for the Styx River. The second is the US Geological Survey link for the Styx River water levels. Both sites provide a great deal of useful information about outdoor recreation in Alabama so you may want to bookmark these sites for future reference.
As the temperature continues to rise I am really getting excited about this trip!
